Sllamet Designs provides digital graphic design products, including logo templates and vector assets. All products are delivered digitally and no physical items will be shipped.
2. Digital Products & Delivery
All products are digital downloads. After purchase, you will receive access to download your files instantly or via email.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and software can open and edit the provided file formats (such as SVG, PNG, AI, EPS, etc.).
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the file has been downloaded.
Exceptions may apply only if:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You receive the wrong file
If you experience any issues, please contact us and we will assist you.
4. License & Usage
All designs purchased from Sllamet Designs are intended for personal or commercial use.
You are allowed to:
- Use the design for your business branding
- Edit and customize the design
You are NOT allowed to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original files
- Claim the design as your own work
- Upload the files to other marketplaces or platforms for resale
5. Intellectual Property
All designs remain the intellectual property of Sllamet Designs. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the design, not ownership of the original artwork.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sllamet Designs is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or misuse of our products.
