At Sllamet Designs, we provide digital logo files that are available after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned like physical items, all sales are considered final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Our products are digital downloads and may be accessible shortly after checkout, so they cannot be returned after delivery.

We may offer assistance, replacement files, or a refund review under the following conditions:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You received the wrong file
• There is a technical issue preventing access to your download
• Files are missing from your order package

Before purchasing, please make sure that:

• You understand that this is a digital product
• No physical item will be shipped
• You have compatible software to open or edit the files
• You have read the product description before placing your order

File formats may include SVG, PNG, AI, EPS, JPG, or other formats listed on the product page. Full editing may require compatible vector editing software.

Refund requests based on changing your mind, purchasing the wrong design, or not knowing how to use the files may not be accepted after the files have been delivered.
